Jordana's lipsticks may be cheap as chips but that doesn't stop them from being super pigmented! If you've been curious about whether these bargain beauties are worth it, I've collected up a few shades to review for you today.
Swatched on bare skin under daylight bulbs
Formula overview:
These lipsticks vary a bit in texture, the older shades are very firm and have no slip, although they don't drag or tug at the lip. I find I typically need to apply Jordana lipsticks more firmly than I would other brands. The newer shades (Apricot Glaze, Vivid Rose and Creamy Berries) are much smoother and creamier. This line of lipsticks have a sweet, vaguely fruity scent with a strong castor oil smell, which I really dislike.
Jordana's packaging leaves a lot to be desired; it's lightweight, plastic and the caps are rather flimsy. I've kept a tube of Matte Pink Passion in my makeup bag for a few years and the cap has a multitude of cracks.

Geraniumis a cool pink with buildable colour pay off. It wears for five hours and is minimally drying.
*
Hot Pink
Hot Pinkis a cool pink with subtle, ultra fine blue shimmer that gives it a pretty luminosity. It wears for four hours and is not drying.
*
Vivid Rose
Vivid Roseis a medium pink with subtle cool tones and excellent colour pay off. It wears for five hours and is slightly drying.
*
Grape
Grapeis a difficult shade to describe - a muted purplish pink with some brown tones and great colour pay off. It reminds quite a bit of Fyrinnae Pygmy Hippo Lip Lustre, an equally lovely colour. Grape wore for four hours on me and had one of the creamier textures of the older shades. It was not drying.
*
Creamy Berries
Creamy Berriesis a stunning vibrant fuchsia with excellent opacity. This is one of my favourite shades! It wears for five and a half hours with some staining and is not drying.
*
True Red
True Redis a soft pinky red with mostly opaque colour pay off. It wears for a little over five hours and is not drying.
*

What I liked:
- Hot Pink, Grape, Apricot Glaze, Vivid Rose, True Red, Cabaret, Garnet and Creamy Berries wore between four and six hours
- Apricot Glaze, Pumpkin, Grape, True Red, Cabaret, Garnet and Creamy Berries are not drying
- Great colour pay off
What I didn't like:
- Pumpkin wears for just two hours
- Geranium and Vivid Rose are minimally drying
- Castor oil scent!
- Flimsy packaging
Have you tried Jordana lipsticks before? Which of these is your favourite?
